How to use your monthly or yearly subscription

 Buy your subscription

Log on to the shop.thesheepdip.co.uk homepage. The left hand menu shows you the available months. Remember, we work a month ahead, so articles for October will be for November magazines. Choose the current month and follow Click and Buy’s instructions to buy your monthly or yearly subscription.

 Bookmark your page!

When you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription, you MUST add the page to your favourites or bookmark the page in your Internet browser.

In Internet Explorer you can do this by pressing ALT and Z together, or by clicking on the button to the left of the tab window (circled). The button is a gold star with a green plus sign in it.

In Mozilla Firefox you can do this by pressing CTRL and D together, or by right clicking on the browser window and choosing the option ‘bookmark this page’.

In future log-ins, simply click on the favourites tab (the star icon) and then follow the link to thesheepdip.co.uk shop

Choose the article you want to download

Your catalogue page looks slightly different to the normal shop. The main page will state at the top how long your subscription runs for and the article descriptions contain a date.

Choose the article you want to download and click on its description.

Check the description of your download

Every article you are entitled to should state that you have paid to download. If it doesn’t, go back to your favourites/ bookmarks and return to your main catalogue page.

Save your download

A new screen will appear, inviting you to open, save or cancel your download. In the interests of safety, always SAVE your download and virus check it. We do run secure servers, but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

When you’ve downloaded the file, close down these new windows.

Return to your catalogue page

When you have downloaded an article (which should have opened in a new window or tab), go back to your subscription window.

Instead of clicking on the 'browse shop' panel on the left to return to the articles, use the back arrow in the top left hand corner of your web browser to return to your subscription. You might need to double click, or click very fast twice, to make this happen.
DO NOT CLICK ON ANY MENU OPTIONS UNDER ‘BROWSE SHEEPDIP’ you will leave your unique subscription link, and you could be charged for downloading other articles.
